AROUND 300 students marched on the Welsh Assembly in Cardiff last week in protest at tuition fees. NUS Wales/UCM Cymru president Ben Monks told a rally at the end of the march, "The assembly has to face up to the fact that the students of Wales are facing real difficulty just getting by on their courses. The problems of student hardship have never been greater."
