Iraqi torture in High Court trial
Lawyers representing 192 Iraqis went to London’s High Court on Tuesday of this week to call for a public inquiry.
The Iraqis say British soldiers tortured them.
The court will decide if the treatment was systemic, and on the independence of investigations by the Ministry of Defence.
