The prosecution concluded its case in the retrial of student protesters Alfie Meadows and Zak King on Monday of this week.
The pair face charges of violent disorder on a December 2010 demonstration. A previous trial ended with a hung jury.
Prosecuting lawyers argued that the footage showed that the demonstration was violent.
The defence countered that the footage showed that the majority of demonstrators had been peaceful but had been subjected to excessive violence by the police.
According to a police log read out in court, the police were aware that a protester had been seriously injured, and believed he had been hit by a police baton.
The trial continues.
